The Sunway Homes' system consists of packaged Steel Structures manufactured according to a Catalog of Predetermined Models. Our Structures are sold Pre-Manufactured and engineered for easy assembling, according to the Installation Mounting Manual provided with each design. The secondary structure is already cut to the required measurements and is installed with self drilling/ tapping screws.

Completely pre-fabricated, each structural member of a Sunway Home is designed and engineered to be assembled like an erector set. The use of high tensile strength nuts, bolts and self drilling screws speeds assembly time reducing costs.

Our Structures are assembled in ONLY 20% of the time required by either the Light Gauge Galvanized Steel System, or the Wood Framing Systems.
